Working software
Real releases you can click through and show people, not a slide deck or a mock-up.
Trial month · Product Squad
Product direction, UX, engineering and QA working on your product for one month, with working software to review every week. At day 30 you decide: keep the squad, scale up, or stop and keep everything we built.
HOW THE MONTH RUNS
The trial runs on the same weekly rhythm as every Arcforth squad: agree priorities, ship working software, review it together.
We learn the workflow, agree what success looks like at day 30 and turn it into a short, prioritised roadmap.
Roadmap and first designs
The first slice of working software ships: one core flow, designed, built and tested by the same team.
A working core flow
You, and your users if you have them, try the release. We fix what they find and ship the next slice.
Second release, feedback fixed
The month's last release, then a day-30 review: what shipped, what we learned and what should come next.
Review and next-step plan
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Real releases you can click through and show people, not a slide deck or a mock-up.
The repository, design files and decision log. Once the trial is paid, they are yours.
What to build next and in what order, whether or not you continue with us.
Four weeks of working together tells you more than any pitch or reference call.
DAY 30
No lock-in and no awkward exit. The squad only carries on if you ask it to.
$3,490 / month
Same people, same roadmap, no re-briefing. The next weekly cycle starts where the trial ended.
From $5,000 / month
More capacity for several workstreams at once or a larger codebase.
Nothing more to pay
Take the code, designs and roadmap and build on them with anyone. No exit fee.
PROOF
The squad that runs your trial month built these, from the first workflow to production.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What founders ask before they start.
Thirty days of Arcforth's Product Squad working on one product: product direction, UX and product design, full-stack and AI engineering, and QA, with a release and a review every week. It is the same team and way of working as the $3,490 monthly Product Squad, at a lower price for the first month.
No. It is a paid, low-commitment first month, so you get a team working at full speed on your real product rather than a sales demo. If you only want to see an idea on screen first, ask for our free prototype.
We run a day-30 review with you. You can continue as a Product Squad at $3,490 per month, scale to an Embedded Product Unit, or stop. Nothing renews automatically: the squad only continues if you tell us to.
You do. Once the trial is paid, the code, designs and documents made for your product are yours, as set out in our terms.
It depends on the product, so we agree the day-30 goal in the first week. As a guide, Skalix AI went from build to launch in four weeks and JoinClan from idea to MVP in three.
Third-party costs such as hosting, paid APIs, app store fees and software licences are paid separately. The trial covers one product; parallel workstreams need an Embedded Product Unit.
Send us a short note about your product. We reply with a time for a kickoff call, agree the day-30 goal, and the first weekly cycle starts after that.
Tell us about your product. We'll reply with a kickoff time and what we think the first month should deliver.
If you have committed to a software venture and need a team to shape, build and keep improving it, start with a product conversation.
Human judgment. AI-native delivery. One team accountable from the first decision to every release.
